The Goiana Technology Park is a private company wich deals in an ecosystem of research, innovation and development in technological areas as robotic, artificial intelligence, IT and IoT, transition from 4G to 5G, biotechnology, satellites and renewable energy. We protect and value intellectual property through the digital platform SysPat. The Park is being formed by 43 laboratories and 62 startups. It works in association with the Belgium-Brazilian company Arrowplan, the owner of SysPat and with the Louvain La Neuve Technology Park in Belgium. Besides these companies the GTP is actually in advanced negotiations with many national and multinational groups with the certainty of doing research, Innovation and development in Goiana/PE, the fastest growing region of Northeast of Brazil.

Your company may be accepted in the Goiana Technology Park by following these steps:

 

1. You must be a corporation legally registered to do research and development.

2. You must have a Project of research and development with conditions to build your own research laboratory.

3.Our masterplan offers lots of 1.0002m each and your company may participate in the Park in two ways: renting a warehouse of 400m2 (ceiling height) or you may build to suit. In this case your company will not pay rental for seven years. After this period of time, you will pay a monthly rental to the Park on the same basis of all the other participants. The calculation of this rental will correspond to the average market price of Goiana/PE, for this type of use.

4. The laboratories will pay a monthly condominium fee that will be their portion of the Park’s maintenance and security. The Park will generate eletric energy through its Photovoltaic Plant that will result in a savings of 20% (twenty per cent) in the bills of the companies of the complex.

5. The laboratories may prototype its projects. Production in comercial or industrial scale is forbidden.

6. The Park will offer the companies its digital platform SysPat and will act as an innovations enhancer in the world patent’s market.

7. The Goiana Technology Park will enjoy a participation of 12% (twelve per cent) of the gross profit of all intellectual property produced and developed inside the Park, sold or ceded by licence in Brasil or abroad.

8. Incoming companies may become Park shareholders by direct investment in the acquisition of shares by consulting the Financial Consultant or through “Contact Us” in this website.
