Your company may be accepted in the Goiana Technology Park by following these steps:

 

1. You must be a corporation legally registered to do research and development.

2. You must have a Project of research and development with conditions to build your own research laboratory.

3. In the Park’s masterplan, choose an area of 1,000m² which is already infrastrutured to build your laboratory. Larger areas may be considered upon architectural study and technical viability that demonstrates the need.

4. It is not necessary to buy the lot for your laboratory. Your company will enjoy a non-payment contract for 10 years, renewable for another 10 years.

5. After these deadlines your building will be donated to the Park and your company will make a monthly rental payment to the Park according to the local market’s price with a deduction of 50% (fifty per cent).

6. The laboratories will pay a monthly condominium fee that will be their portion of the Park’s maintenance and security. The Park will generate eletric energy through its Photovoltaic Plant that will result in a savings of 20% (twenty per cent) in the bills of the companies of the complex.

7. The laboratories may prototype its projects. Production in comercial or industrial scale is forbidden.

8. The Park will offer the companies its digital platform SysPat and will act as an innovations enhancer in the world patent’s market.

9. The Goiana Technology Park will enjoy a participation of 12% (twelve per cent) of the gross profit of all intellectual property produced and developed inside the Park, sold or ceded by licence in Brasil or abroad.

10. Incoming companies may become Park shareholders by direct investment in the acquisition of shares by consulting the Financial Consultant or through “Contact Us” in this website.
